Failed renders

If a video fails to render, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. No action is needed.

Unused credits

You can request a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email kdafirestarter_fun@163.com with your order ID.

Quality issues

If a finished video is clearly broken (for example corrupted or missing the face), contact us with the video ID and we will restore the credits after review.

How refunds are paid

Approved monetary refunds go back to the original payment method through Waffo Pancake and may take 5–10 business days after processing. A credit restoration is not a cash refund. Refunded purchased credits and any associated referral reward are removed to prevent double use. You may cancel an unpaid checkout without charge.

Requesting help and legal rights

If you are not satisfied, email kdafirestarter_fun@163.com with the order ID, video ID and a description of the issue. Do not send card details. Quality claims are reviewed individually; we do not promise an identical recreation or a refund for every subjective preference. Mandatory consumer rights apply even where this policy is narrower.
